Achieving data-driven operational control
22 October 2024
Tecsys has expanded the capabilities of its Elite software platform, with particular emphasis on data-driven optimisation for healthcare logistics.
THE DEVELOPMENTS, part of the Elite 24.2 release, are designed to empower supply chain organisations to transform complex supply chain data into clear, prioritised insights.
Features include Dynamic Picking Control Tower, which acts as a centralised command centre for warehouses, providing a view of picking activity, time order assignments and dock scheduling, allowing for real-time monitoring.
My Top 5 is tailored specifically to each warehouse role, offering personalised business intelligence and real-time visibility. It provides a clear, prioritised execution strategy, and is designed to drive greater efficiency and boost employee satisfaction, giving every team member insights to help them perform better.
Item Master Data Cleansing establishes a centralised AI-assisted product data repository, empowering healthcare organisations to retrieve missing Global Trade Item Numbers (GTINs).
Staying with healthcare, Electronic Shelf Labels are designed for use in clinical environments to provide visibility into inventory status. They enable healthcare organisations to accurately identify and track items, reduce errors, and address critical challenges such as recalls and expiration management.
Tecsys chief strategy officer Rex Ahlstrom, says: “The common thread through the long list of new features in the Elite 24.2 release is that we’re making better use of advanced data science and data technology — and in the end, it’s all about making your data work for you.”
