Automotive services supplier secures Northern depot

Automotive services supplier Aktrion Group has secured a 57,000 ft2 warehouse facility in Warrington to act as its first northern base.

THE MOVE will allow the group to establish a central base to enable it to undertake automotive services for fleet vehicles based at both Manchester and Liverpool Airports.
The property on Taylor Business Park in Culcheth, Warrington is owned by landlord Ribston which undertook a comprehensive refurbishment on the property prior to marketing.
Acting on behalf of Ribston, industrial and logistics company B8RE has signed up Aktrion Group to a 57,000 sq ft facility on.
Ribston Asset Manager Adam Morgan, said: “This transaction concludes the refurbishment and letting of c. 100,000 ft2 that was previously occupied by Jungheinrich across 3 buildings on the park. Each building was remodelled and fully refurbished and have been let to a range of national occupiers who have been attracted to Taylor Business Park due to the location, high quality accommodation and landscaped surroundings. We continue to invest in the business park and have recently completed the refurbishment of multiple 2,500 sq ft units that have become vacant as businesses have expanded into larger premises on the business park.”
Taylor Business Park is located six miles north east of Warrington town centre 2.5 miles from Junction 11 of the M62 and within 4 miles of Junctions 21, 21A and 22 of the M6. The estate provides a wide range of business space from 350 sq ft to 57,000 sq ft and benefits from on-site security.
