Infrastructure works due at Flagship Park Peterborough

Trebor Developments has submitted a reserved matters planning application for the main infrastructure works at its 1.36 million ft2 Flagship Park, scheme in Peterborough.

THE WORKS are are due to commence on site next year and will allow for development of units from 50,00 ft2 to 800,000 ft2.
Trebor Developments and Hillwood, together with landowner the Church Commissioners for England, entered into a long term agreement to develop the 127 acre Red Brick Farm site in Peterborough, in January this year.
The scheme benefits from outline planning permission for 1.36 million sq ft of employment space, which the Church Commissioners secured in 2020.
Joint letting agents are Savills and Bidwells.
