Knights of Old warehouse up for grabs

3PL Knights of Old’s 120,000 ft2 warehouse in Northamptonshire has been put on the market for £8.25 million through its administrators.

KNIGHTS OF Old parent company KNP Logistics Group called in the administrators in September. The group was formed in 2016 following the merger of Knights of Old, Nelson Distribution and Steve Porter Transport.
Kinaxia Logistics has already acquired Nelson Distribution and its assets and have retained its 170 staff members.
Administrator FRP Advisory Trading appointed Watling Real Estate to handle the sale of the Knights of Old premises which totals 118,337 ft2 in two vacant properties at 2300 and 2350 Kettering Venture Park on Kettering Parkway.
Unit 2350 provides 103,143 ft2, while Unit 2300 provides 15,194 ft2 and both sit on an 8.11 care plot giving the total facility a 27% site coverage.
The properties boast 10m eaves, 50m yards with multiple dock level loading doors.
Watling Real Estate’s associate Ben Holyhead, said: “These two modern distribution warehouses present excellent asset management and extension potential, and offers in the order of £8.25 million are invited for the freehold interests."
