Liza Helps joins Logistics Matters as Property Editor
12 July 2023
Welcome to Liza Helps who joins us as Consultant Editor of the brand new property section for Logistics Matters.
LOGISTICS MATTERS Property will provide the inside track to the industrial and logistics property market, enabling occupiers to make informed decisions.
Covering national and regional issues and taking an in-depth look at the deeper reasons behind market trends from labour availability and rent levels to planning issues and ESG.
We will cover what investors want and why they want it, how developers are meeting the challenges of the supply chain industry with cutting edge facilities, as well as putting a spotlight on the stories and opinions of the occupiers themselves with interviews, podcasts and in-depth insight.
All of this will be led by award-winning journalist Liza Helps who has more then 30 years of experience covering the property sector, with 20 years plus specialising in logistics and supply chain.
Liza will work alongside Editor Simon Duddy and Business Development Manager Neill Wightman.
This announcement comes on the back of our busy Tomorrow's Warehouse event, which took place two weeks ago at the Coventry Building Society Arena and news that we have also launched a Tomorrow's Warehouse Manchester event in 2024. Exciting times for the Logistics Matters portfolio.
Logistics Matters Editor Simon Duddy commented: “We are so lucky to have the wonderful Liza Helps working with Logistics Matters on property content across our portfolio. Liza's passion, her unparalleled knowledge and her authority on the key issues impacting the sector are inspirational.
“The enthusiasm of property industry figures since Liza joined us last week has bowled us over.”
