Midbox development for Buckinghamshire

Deeley Group is speculatively developing a 40,000 ft2 midbox warehouse in Buckinghamshire.

CALLED CYGNET 40, the manufacturing and distribution facility is located on the Buckingham Industrial Estate and is expected to reach practical completion in Spring 2024.
Planning was secured March this year and the 40,623 ft2 building will feature 10m eaves, 4 dock level access doors as well as targeting BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A Rating.
The distribution hub will be available for sale at £8.125 million or on a new lease at a rent of £406,230 per year through sole agent White Commercial.
