Midbox scheme for Basingstoke

Equation Properties has secured planning for a Midbox warehsoue scheme in Basingstoke.

WORKING WITH BentallGreenOak, Equatoin Properties secured planning this week for a 144,530 ft scheme that would provide units ranging from 10,772 – 46,451 ft2 in two terraces on an eight acre site.
Known as Radius Park, the scheme is located fronting Winchester Road, South West of Basingstoke Town Centre. Demolition is underway and construction is due to commence in November 2024 with practical completion around Q3 2025.
The scheme will be developed acheive BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A ratings. It will also include features such as 8m eaves, 50km/m2 floor loading, 15% roof lights, 20% EV charging points, renewable power sources, sustainably sourced materials and enhanced cladding systems.
