22 July 2020
SEGRO has completed the development of a new 177,500 sq ft warehouse distribution facility for Games Workshop at SEGRO Logistics Park East Midlands Gateway ahead of the planned schedule.
Games Workshop, the leading British manufacturer of fantasy miniatures, signed a 15-year lease for the unit which will become the main distribution hub when it is operational in Autumn 2020. It joins other customers such as Amazon, XPO Logistics, Kuehne & Nagel and ShopDirect on the 700 acre flagship site.
The unit has been rated as BREEAM Very Good and EPC A.
To date, over 2 million sq ft of space has been let at SLPEMG.
