Planning submission for Peterborough warehouse

Property agency Bidwells has said that detailed planning proposals for a 350,000 ft2 plus warehouse in Peterborough are due to be submitted at the end of this month.

IN A post on LinkedIn Bidwells has announced that developer Trebor Developments intends to submit detailed proposals for a 353,200 ft2 Grade A warehouse at its 127-acre Flagship Park Peterborough scheme this month.
The building, to be known as Flagship North, will consist of a 337,360 ft2 warehsoue space with 12,568 ft2 of Grade A offices and a 947 ft2 hub office. It will have 15m eaves, 38 dock and four level access doors, a 50m yard depth and a 3.5MvA power supply.
The property has been designed with to achieve a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.
The scheme which has outline planning for up to 850,000 ft2 of industrial and logistics space is the largest remaining commercial development site in Peterborough and the surrounding area.
