Prologis plans new Hemel Hempstead scheme

Developer Prologis has submitted detailed plans for a new industrial and logistics scheme in Hemel Hempstead in the Southeast.

PROLOGIS IS proposing to build five mid-box warehouses totalling 280,680 ft2 on a 17-acre plot off Green Lane in the Maylands Gateway area next to Junction 8 on the M1 motorway.
Dacorum Council granted outline planning for the site earlier this year. The buildings, which range from 20,860 ft2 to 74,938 ft2, will be built to BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.
Savills is advising. Architect is Michael Sparks Associates.
