Site starts and completions for St Modwen

St Modwen has started on site with two new warehouses for its scheme in Warrington in the Northwest and announced practical completion of warehouses in Derby totalling 202,000 ft2.

ST MODWEN Logistics has had a busy few days with announcement of a start on site for two new units of 80,000 and 45,00 ft2 at its Trident Business Park in Warrington and the practical completion of four warehouse units at its 67-acre St Modwen Park Derby scheme in the east Midlands.
The units at Trident Business Park will have BREEAM 'Excellent' certification and achieve a minimum of EPC 'A' rating. The larger unit will incorporate roof top PVs with both units benefitting form 10m eaves heights, dock and level access doors, EV charging and 50m yards. Completion is targeted for late December 2024. Joint letting agents are Savills and CBRE.
At St Modwen Park Derby the developer has secured practical completion on four units ranging in size from 27,000 ft2 to 82,000 ft2 achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation and an EPC A+ rating.
An additional 147,000 ft2 pre-let unit is also due to be completed this Spring as part of this second phase of development.
