THE COMPANY is looking to submit a hybrid application on the site which will include 1.17  million ft2 of industrial and logistics space with ancillary office and research and development space as well as a hotel, nursery, gym, a drive thru restaurant as well as seven retail units and  start-up units on the Southern Development Area

IAMP and Town End Farm Partnership are joint applicants on the site which lies north of the Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK site and west of the A19.

As part of the EIA it was nited that the development would look to enhance onsite BNG with features including a wildlife tower for Barn Owls and bats, a programme of bat and bird box installation and Hedgehog Gateways in new fences. Off-site Ecological Mitigation Land will be provided as part of development proposals because a sufficient BNG cannot be mitigated on site.

IAMP seeks to provide up to 4.2 million ft2 of space overall delivering some 7,600 jobs.

Joint agents on IAMP JLL and Naylors Gavin Black.
