Trafford Park unit secures letting

Landlord investor Vengrove has concluded the letting of its Unit 6 West Point Enterprise Park in Trafford Park for a rent of £10 per ft2.

THE SECOND hand property, which as recently undergone a substantial refurbishment to secure an EPC A rating, totals 63,299 ft2, and has been leased on a 10-year term.
Vengrove acquired the property via a sale and leaseback in 2022 with textiles and home furnishings manufacturer Sadaqat Global. Sadaquat has since gone into administration.
The property consists 53,094 ft2 of warehouse space with 6.4m eaves, four level access doors and two large external yards. It also has 10,205 ft2 of two storey office accommodation with LED lighting throughout.
The unit is located on Clarence Avenue in the heart of Trafford Park and is within 1.5 miles of Junctions 9 and 10 of the M60 Orbital Motorway
