Traka debuts supply chain security solutions at IntraLogisteX 2024

06 March 2024

Traka UK is attending IntraLogisteX 2024 with a keynote speaker slot to pledge its support to supply chain providers, whilst also unveiling powerful new locker solutions to enhance security and operational efficiency.

AS THE leader in intelligent equipment management systems, Traka’s supply chain lead, Matt Gregg, will present, “How to transform operational efficiency through intelligent device management,” a dedicated seminar on how to support businesses looking to boost security and streamline their operations.

On stand 522, Traka will unveil its pioneering locker systems featuring specialist RFID technology, tailored exclusively for distribution and logistics networks across the entire supply chain.

This innovative new system design will provide seamless management capability for tools and equipment, enhancing efficiency, optimising the ease and speed of accessing necessary tools essential for job completion.

Says Matt Gregg: “IntraLogisteX is the perfect place to premiere our new asset management solutions, demonstrating how we are constantly evolving our portfolio to support supply chain businesses and overcome the operational issues faced.  This includes how to secure critical assets and avoid unnecessary costs, improving output to remain competitive in a challenging supply chain operation.

“Through implementing the latest security technology businesses can gain full transparency over device locations with dedicated audit trails improving accountability. With software enabling key features such as fault-finding for devices, systems can come together to ensure maximum operational efficiency throughout the supply chain, significantly reducing employee downtime.”

Traka demonstrates the versatility of its device lockers through its multi-door device lockers which allow for different types of equipment to be stored in different-sized compartments with no compromise to style, or security.

Visitors will also be able to see live displays of Traka’s Temporary deposit locker, to accommodate a large number of users who only require short-term storage.  Charging facilities can be built into the system so users can re-charge a laptop, phone or other personal possessions.

Matt concludes: “There is no one-size-fits-all logistics solution.  We are looking forward to the opportunities both as a keynote speaker and exhibitor at IntraLogisteX to discuss bespoke applications. How our systems have proven to help save time and money whilst promoting accountability amongst employees, enhancing security and health and safety within supply chain businesses.”

Traka’s key management systems, including its S Touch Pro, utilise a dedicated management system with touchscreen technology. It represents an easy-to-use system to streamline operations and provide an intuitive customer experience.

Traka will be on stand 522 at IntraLogisteX, taking place on 19 - 20 March at NEC Birmingham.

Matt Gregg, Traka's expert Sales Manager, will discuss “How to transform operational efficiency through intelligent device management” as a Keynote Presentation on 19th March at 1:45 pm in the IntraLogisteX theatre.
