DEVELOPERS GRAFTONGATE and Cilldara Group are set to redevelop the 5.4 acre vacant site off Wolverhampton Road West in Bentley to provide a single speculatively developed facility that will target BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and an EPC A+ rating.
Known as ‘Walsall 90’ the facility will include photovoltaic panels, EV charging, a high performing envelope, low energy LED lighting and SUDs. It will have 14m eaves and a 40m deep yard as well as eight dock level doors and have parking for 14 HGVs and 84 cars.
The property will also have two storey offices and could be available for occupation as early as Q1 2024.
Savills and JLL have been appointed joint agents on the scheme.
