Customer transfer

Following the acquisition in 2007 of Trans-Web, Resolute Holdings took the strategic decision to transfer lifting customers from its sister company Structure-flex to this dedicated manufacturer as from 1 December 2009.

"The transition is running quite smoothly," says Trans- Web director, Lee Wrigley. "All Structure-flex clients have been informed of the decision to transfer and how to continue ordering, and answering technical enquiries. On the practical side, stock transfer is now complete and all financial and administration procedures have been put in place. Our aim is to continue to despatch orders on the basis of next day delivery. Ex- Structure-flex clients will be well served by Trans-Web." Trans-Web, based in Oldham, is said to be a leader in the design and manufacture of textile lifting and lashing systems and height protection equipment.
