Clipper was awarded the contract following an invitation to tender and secured the business on the strength of its experience in delivering retail e-fulfilment solutions for a variety of clients including John Lewis, Harvey Nichols, Asda and Tesco.
Clipper will handle all inbound receipts from vendors and suppliers, fulfil the orders and ship the goods directly to customers' homes, across the UK, Europe and beyond via its integrated courier partners. Clipper will undertake quality control of products and handle all returns at its DC in Milton Keynes.
