Since then the Windsor name has been synonymous with materials handling and access systems, providing a first class range of forklift truck and access platform hire, sales and maintenance services.

Throughout the years, our business has evolved to support the needs of modern logistics operations. We pride ourselves on having the most highly skilled and well experienced staff in both technical support and sales. Our engineers are manufacturer trained and have developed a deep understanding of all manner of lifting and materials handling equipment.

We also offer free no-obligation advice regarding LOLER and PUWER safety regulations to any business operating lifting or access equipment.

 Windsor Materials Handling has developed and grown from representing and being the exclusive supplier of the Komatsu forklift truck product range into a truly unique independent materials handling company that is able to provide an unbiased consultative approach.

We are not a large corporate company, nor a small trader. We offer instead the professionalism, financial security and high standards of a large corporate but not the constraints and rigid management structures that hamper the decision making process. We are able to offer flexibility where other companies cannot and we hold dearly the ability to listen to our customers (that’s why we don’t operate 0800 numbers or from call centres).

Our business is partnership driven. We know that means providing the best possible deal and backing that up with great support. The expansion and development of our product range has occurred as a result of more of our customers requiring a single supplier solution i.e. requesting the supply of ancillary equipment such as access platforms, shunting tractors, heavy trucks, warehouse cleaning equipment.
