24 April 2015
The Health & Safety Executive is investigating the death of a man in his 50s at a warehouse in Chadderton, Greater Manchester.
The circumstances leading to a worker being crushed to death remain a mystery, reported the Oldham Evening Chronicle.
Police were told on April 17 that a member of staff at R Tindall Fabricators Ltd had been crushed to death by falling pipes. It isn’t yet known how the pipes came to fall.
The company specialises in sprinkler pipework and general engineering.
