Leeds warehouse changes hands for £6m

A warehouse in Leeds which is let to Puma United Kingdom has been acquired in a £6m deal.
Pacific Industrial & Logistics REIT completed the acquisition.
The warehouse is in the Morely area adjacent to J27 of the M62 and five miles from Leeds city centre. It comprises a newly refurbished 62,000 sq ft logistics warehouse which has recently been let to Puma.
