New warehouse scheme planned in Wythenshaw

A new 400,000 ft2 plus warehouse scheme is being planned for a site close to Manchester Airport in Wythenshaw.

A five-unit scheme, which is adjacent to the existing Atlas Business Park in Wythenshawe is being proposed by UK fund Aviva Investors. The new buildings will rnage from 37,000 ft2 to 166,000 ft2 and be built targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.
Green roofs (sedum roofs) are allocated above the office areas of the units along the northern boundary as well as being located above each of the bin and cycle storage facilities.
Hale Architect designed the scheme while Turley is advising Aviva on planning matters.
