Fully automated stretch wrapper

With production volumes increasing, SAM required a new stretch wrapper to relieve pressure on the shrink wrapping machine, and provide a cheaper alternative to shrink wrapping.  The wrapper is also quicker to start and stop compared to the shrink tunnel. 

The TE400S was chosen for its robustness, reliability and throughput speeds. The machine wraps at up to 27m/min and products can be fully or partially wrapped (bundle wrapping program). With 15 engineers across the UK and Ireland, Gordian also supplies comprehensive after sales service.
