Sovex to exhibit compact Bendy Boom at LogiMAT 2015

International vehicle loader and conveyor manufacturer Sovex is planning to exhibit a compact version of its award winning Bendy Boom at LogiMAT on 10th February in Stuttgart.

Sovex supplies international post and parcel carriers such as DPD and DHL and is committed to saving businesses time and money.

The Sovex Bendy Boom vehicle loader, was designed specifically for DPD, and has been recognised as pioneering in the industry. It has subsequently received several awards for design, innovation and manufacture.

Sovex is committed to providing the latest most effective material handling equipment to the post and parcel industry. The new smaller Sovex Bendy Boom, which is unique to Sovex, features a front boom which can bend to -25 degrees allowing for a variety of vehicles such as vans, trailers and containers to be loaded or unloaded on the same dock.

The compact Sovex Bendy Boom extends to 12m compared to 15m and has a smaller footprint of 6m compared to 7.5m. Even though it is compact it still has all the features customers are looking for such as boom end lights and features which protect the workforce such as underside covers and chain guards.

The Sovex team will ship the Compact Bendy Boom with them to Logimat from their European office in Venray. The unique telescopic boom conveyor extends into vehicles, sea containers, transit vans and everything in between – and drastically reduces the time and manpower required to load and unload products.

Visit Sovex at Hall 5 /5B15 from 10-12 February 2015 to see the Bendy Boom in action.
