Higher incline elevation
When the UK branch of the world’s largest grocery retailer brings five new greenfield central distribution warehouses online almost simultaneously to keep up with the fast-growing trend in home delivery, each site will feature eight AmbaFlex SpiralVeyors.
Both the SV-series and the revolutionary SVo series will be installed. The SV series will be fitted with a 400mm wide belt for the more general descending purposes, while the SVo series features a new AmbaFlex technology developed to overcome issues which cause products to rock.
The new provides supports over the complete product length. For rigid items with regular sizes, such as shipping containers, it offers stable contact and a much higher grip. Thanks to this innovation, items can be elevated at much higher inclines, saving elevation time and costs.
