Kite Packaging launches Royal Mail compliant box range

Kite Packaging has launched a range of postal boxes aimed at attracting retailers for the upcoming busy season.

The range includes sixteen different sizes to accommodate a variety of products. The range is aimed at attracting retailers for the upcoming Peak season.

The range is a complete re-vamp of Kite’s current postal offering, with the new products targeted at online businesses, looking to cost-effectively ship a wide variety of items.

The boxes are said to be competitively-priced and can be erected in seconds. They are suitable for large flat items, small boxy items, and shapes and sizes in between.

White in colour they offer a more presentable solution than mailing bags or brown boxes, however, have been specially designed to match Royal Mail’s PiP guidelines – the national pricing guide for posting items in the UK.

The range has been brought to market as part of Kite’s wider strategic aim, focusing on helping customers to reduce their pack volumes, to save on storage and shipping costs.

The boxes are manufactured from high quality board, requiring little void fill for extra protection. The company hopes this will encourage customers to choose smaller boxes for their products, helping to reduce the volume and shipping issues the UK faced last Christmas.

Jake Kirk, managing partner for Kite Online says: “Our white postal boxes have always been a popular product for our customers particularly at this time of year, as retailers prepare for the Christmas uplift in sales. We hope the new improved range will offer even more choice, for more products, more industries – and at a market-leading price.”

Postal boxes can be bought from 11p each here.
