Improved transit packaging products to make debut

Leading UK packaging supplier, Kite Packaging, is exhibiting at the Empack Exhibition 2016 launching a range of new products with some that have never before been seen in the UK.

Positioned on Stand H12, Kite Packaging and Audion Swissvac will occupy a huge 104 sq m space showcasing an impressive range of new and existing machinery. The Kite/Audion stand is the largest that Empack has seen.

Headline products include Kite Packaging’s new PaperJet System, an automated paper cushion delivery system which is comfortably the fastest paper cushion system on the market. On a continuous run, the system produces a market leading number of metres, when using Kite's FanFold paper material on a pallet thus simplifying and reducing loading intervals.

Incorporating the PaperJet with Kites hopper basket system gives the option to feed numerous packers with environmentally friendly paper cushion void fill material. The system comprises a single PaperJet machine, a conveyor and two overhead hopper baskets.

The SpeedMan Pro, Kite's new automated paper filling system is designed with efficiency and speed in mind. Operated with a foot pedal, a continuous speed adjustment is possible and for greater flexibility, a mobile battery version can be used.

SpeedMan Classic, Kite's new maintenance free, void filling paper dispenser, can easily be transported to different locations as it requires no electricity. Once integrated into a packing station it is a great space saving machine.

Kite's new incredibly fast Auto Airshock machine runs up to 480 cushions an hour and is unique to Kite Packaging. Never before seen in the UK, this innovative machine significantly reduces labour and increases the amount of Airshock inflated.

Finally Kite's new 5×5 system, will be showcased. The hand dispenser system offers consistent and optimised pallet wrapping giving improved puncture resistance. The unique design of the pre-stretch roller provides maximum efficiency for hand wrapping meaning less stock needs to be carried.

On February 24th and 25th Kite's expert team will be at Empack 2016 demonstrating their range of newly launched products and recommending the best products for operation.
