BITA appoints David Goss as new technical manager

David joins BITA from Advanced Handling, where he was technical director. David is an experienced senior mechanical engineer with extensive knowledge of a wide range of lifting and handling equipment. He has also played an active role on various technical and trade association committees, most recently with the Association of Loading & Elevating Equipment Manufacturers (ALEM).

James Clark, secretary-general of BITA, comments: “We are very pleased to have David joining us as our technical manager. He brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role, and we are looking forward to welcoming him at the end of February.”

Commenting on his appointment David Goss said: “BITA is a high profile organisation with a reputation for delivering an excellent range of services to its members. I am very much looking forward to representing the interests of BITA members in the UK, Europe and Internationally, as well as providing them with the technical information and support they need.”
