App for identifying chain
The UK’s first App dedicated to the identification of chain has been launched by Donghua.
Bob Wellsbury, managing director of Donghua Limited and the driving force behind this unique tool, explains: “We receive many calls from engineers who need help to identify the right replacement chain for a piece of equipment. Last year we launched a simple Online Chain ID Tool on our website which captures key information from which we can quickly and easily identify chain. Customers have found the convenience of this online Tool really useful.”
He added: “Developing the Online Chain ID Tool as an App means engineers can now complete the relevant Chain ID form when out on-site on any device and we will notify them of the correct replacement chain within 1 hour*.”
Donghua is so confident their App can identify the right chain they’re offering a Guarantee. If Donghua identifies and supplies the wrong chain via the Chain ID App, they guarantee to replace it with the correct chain free of charge.
