Single spindle attachment with rollers

The reels are lifted by the central core. A series of rollers along the spindle attachment enables the heavy reels to slide onto and from the attachment.

Also, a removable pin is provided to secure the reels while in transit. 

The attachment is reversible, a feature which enables reels to be picked up from the floor and loaded up to a height of 1900mm.

The raising and lowering action is made via a hand held ‘pendant’ control which means that the operator can observe the loading and unloading of the reels for greater precision.

All these features combine to provide the operator the ability to lift, transport and handle reels with complete confidence and safety.

The machine and its attachment are suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries and other hygienic applications.

The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service so ensuring that the right solution can be made to suit most lifting requirements.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fitted or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ lifting machine that is fitted with the attachment quick release system.
