Grade A warehouse let in Brackley
Colliers International along with their joint agents White Commercial and Brown & Co have secured a new tenant at Arrow Park; a Grade A warehouse and production development of eight units in Brackley, Northamptonshire.
This latest letting means that there is now only one unit remaining on this estate.
The 24,205 sq ft Unit 4 has been let to ePac printers on a new ten year lease with break in year five at a rental of £7.00 per sq ft. ePac join existing occupiers; BTC Racing, Saddlery Brands, NGC, Multimatic Motorsports and Howdens.
