Francisco Partners acquires Consignor Group
After 23 years of entrepreneurial ownership by founder and CEO Peter Thomsen, Consignor Group has received backing from Francisco Partners.
Consignor Group is a leading Nordic software company with a focus on delivery management solutions for the eCommerce industry and industrial companies.

Peter Thomsen will continue as CEO and a 30% shareholder in Consignor Group.
The deal was concluded for NOK 1.5 Billion.
