Royal Mail takes 5 year Heathrow lease
Global investment manager BlackRock and property developer Graftongate have announced two lettings deals that have taken its Heathrow Logistics Park scheme to full occupancy.
Royal Mail has agreed a five-year lease of Unit 3, a 91,349 sq ft warehouse at the premier distribution location on Bedfont Road, near Heathrow Cargo Terminal.
The unit is expected to be operational before Christmas 2020.
International freight forwarding and logistics provider JAS Forwarding has taken a 15-year lease on Unit 1, a 109,000 sq ft industrial/warehouse. The new facility will double the company’s capacity at London Heathrow and is located close to its UK headquarters.
