Planning submitted for huge logistics park in East England

THE 2.45M sq ft of space at the Gateway 14 site in Stowmarket, Suffolk, will feature facilities to. Be built on a bespoke or speculative basis.

The mixed-use park will comprise high-specification space for a wide range of uses, with potential to build, E(g) B2, B units. The site is adjacent Junction 50 of the A14. It is expected to create hundreds of jobs locally.

Gateway 14 is a development by Gateway 14 Ltd (wholly owned by Mid Suffolk District Council) and Jaynic.

Jaynic is hoping to appoint contractors to go on site in June upon grant of planning consent to construct the estate road infrastructure, services and landscaping. It could be delivering buildings by the first quarter of 2022.
