Software solution

Posted on Monday 3 May 2021

START-UP how.fm has introduced a multilingual, interactive software solution to optimises processes for training and further education of temporary and permanent employees.

The solution aim to helps companies to implement the lean philosophy of continuous improvement in practice and improve occupational safety and quality management.

“The logistics industry is characterised by high fluctuation. Seasonality and little previous knowledge characterise the daily work at many warehouse locations. Language barriers and time pressure make urgently needed training more difficult. As a result, many blue collar workers lack the expertise to do their jobs properly,” says Andreas Kwiatkowski, one of the two founders of how.fm.

The goal is to qualify and motivate people for their jobs in the long term. Customers of how.fm are said to benefit from shorter learning times for individual processes and from improved work quality.
