THE COMPANY has secured a 278,048 ft2 facility at Storofds Worcester 6 scheme, which will become MiTek’s EMEA headquarters, serving its businesses in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Latvia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Norway, Finland and South Africa.

MiTek managing director EMEA operations James Morgan, said: "As demand for offsite construction continues to grow, this building will provide the manufacturing capacity to support the continued growth of our customers across Europe, as well as providing spaces that inspire creativity, foster collaboration, and drive innovation."

Developer Stoford has submitted a planning application for the new property at the southern extension of Worcester Six, near Junction 6 of the M5 motorway. If plans are approved, MiTek will acquire the freehold to the building upon its completion, representing what is believed to be the largest pre-sale in Worcestershire for more than 20 years.

Stoford recently commenced Phase Two infrastructure works at Worcester Six, unlocking more than 60 acres of land. Once complete, Phase Two will deliver up to a further 680,000 ft2 of new employment accommodation.

Joint letting agents at Worcester Six are Harris Lamb and BNP Paribas Real Estate. Colliers advised MiTek.
