KNOWN AS SEGRO Park Courier Road the 20-acre development will consist of units ranging from 95,000 to 260,970 ft2 all built to target BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ rating. There is 4 MvA of power available at the site.

Sustainability features have been installed including photovoltaic panels, LED lighting and EV charging powered by energy generated on site, to reduce costs for customers.

In addition, SEGRO will set aside approximately 20% of the site as safeguarded biodiverse natural habitat. It will also put wellbeing at the heart of the development with enhanced office interiors, a communal gym, outdoor seating and a footpath around the Park.

SEGRO Park Courier Road is the company’s fourth phase of development in Havering, following the completion of the first two phases at SEGRO Park Rainham and first phase of SEGRO Park Ferry Lane – all of which are part of the East Plus regeneration scheme a partnership with GLA Land & Property that will deliver 1.4 million ft2 of modern industrial space, spanning the London boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Newham, and regenerating previously derelict or under-used land

Joint agents are Knight Frank, Glenny and Savills.
