Kitchen component supplier expands in Northwest
Kitchen component supplier TK Components, has secured 65,000 ft2 of additional warehouse distribution space close to its headquarters in Greater Manchester.

THE COMPANY has taken a 10 year lease on Vithal House in Denton, a 65,000 ft2 modern detached facility in an off market deal.
Located close to junction 24 of the M60, the building provides the necessary space and infrastructure to support the company’s continued business growth.
Davies Harrison Real Estate advised TK Components. Sixteen Real Estate and CBRE represented the landlord, a privately-owned company, in the transaction.
