DEVELOPER TUNGSTEN Properties, is set to speculatively develop the 44,000 ft2 building having acquired the 2.8-acre site earlier this year. Construction is due to start in the Spring and reach practical completion by August 2025..
Tungsten Park High Wycombe will target BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating and will have 9m eaves, 40,000 ft2 of warehosue space with four loading doors as well as 4,000 ft2 of fully fitted offices. It will have a secure self-contained yard. The building will be available to either lease or purchase the freehold.
The project is forecast to create circa 78 construction roles and, once the buildings have been completed, house up to 53 employment jobs.
Tungsten Properties development director Matt Jones said: “The development will address the growing demand for logistics space in an undersupplied market, catering to occupiers serving Greater London and the Home Counties. We look forward to creating local jobs in both the construction and end use phases.”
Old Horns Lane is located less than two miles from junction 4 of the M40 and 13 miles from junction 1a of the M25 with strong transport links to the motorway network and close proximity to High Wycombe’s employment pool.
