Panattoni secures fourth South Coast site
Developer Panattoni has secured its fourth South Cost site in two years following land purchases in Crawley, Burgess Hill and Brighton all along the A23 corridor.

THE DEVELOPER has bought an 11.8 acre plot in Bognor Regis. Alongside the Amazon and Rolls Royce facilities.
The site will accommodate three uniots totaling 199,950 ft2 which will be buiult to target BREEAM Excellent with solar PV systems and EV charging points.
Construction is set to begin in June this year with completion in Q3 2026.
