Bristol warehouse reaches practical completion
Practical completion has been reached on BenthallGreenOak and Equation Properties’ 235,235 ft2 Matrix 235 warehouse at their 65-acre Matrix 49 scheme in Avonmouth, Bristol.

CONTRACTOR McLAREN Construction Midlands & North completed the £21.6 million project last week.
The BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rated facility was built on a 13 acre site and includes 219,660 ft2 of warehouse space with 18m eaves, 20dock and three level access doors with 11,365 ft2 of Grade A two storey offices, alongside a control tower, gatehouse, external hard standings, and extensive parking, road landscaping, loading docks, level access and drainage infrastructure.
McLaren Construction are also currently onsite progressing works for MATRIX 586, a 586,228 ft2 speculative warehouse development due to complete in April 2026.
