Site expansion at Winsford Gateway warehouse scheme
Rula Developments has secured planning permission to expand its Winsford Gateway scheme with two new industrial units – one of which is already pre-sold.

THE TWO units of 74,508 ft2 and 27,728 ft2 are being brought forward as build-to-suit opportunities. The larger unit, WG74, sits on 4.8 acres and offers 69,966 sq ft of industrial space with six dock level loading doors, two level access loading doors, 350 KVA power supply, 4,542 sq ft of offices space, 61 car parking spaces and a 35-metre secure yard.
Meanwhile the smaller unit, WG27, located on an adjacent serviced development plot of 1.73 acres, will provide 27,728 sq ft of accommodation for locally based business Saint Group which specialises in offering floor finishing and interior design services to national housebuilders.
Legat Owen Chartered Surveyors and CBRE are appointed to market Winsford Gateway.
