THE NEWLY refurbished DC105 facility totals 104,884 ft2 of space with 12,000 ft2 of mezzanine space as well as boasting 10m eaves, 10 dock and two level access doors served by an 85m yard with parking for 29 HGVs.

It holds an EPC A+ rating and features energy-efficient LED lighting and smart metering to optimise energy use. With a solar-ready roof capable of generating energy savings of approximately £45,000 a year and provision for EV charging, the building supports Eurofit’s long-term operational and environmental goals.

Eurofit Group General Manager Jan Blaauw said: “Expanding into the UK is a milestone for Eurofit. Coventry’s position at the centre of the UK automotive sector makes it the ideal location for us to establish our operations, close to our OEM partners and with the right infrastructure to support our growth.”

With Eurofit’s arrival, all built unitsat Prologis Park Coventry are now fully leased. However, to meet continued demand, Prologis has brought forward the final land plot at the park. It can accommodate either one larger build-to-suit facility of up to approximately 600,000 ft2 – ideal for a single occupier seeking scale in a prime automotive location – or two smaller build-to-suit facilities with footprints starting from around 250,000 ft2.

Joint letting agents on DC105 were DTRE, Darby Keye and Savills.
