New warehouse scheme for Andover
Developer Kier Property in joint venture with Test Valley Council has secured planning permission for a 455,378 ft2 four unit industrial and logistics scheme in Andover in the Southeast.

THE PROPOSAL for Kier’s latest Logistics City development on Walworth Business Park will see the development of four units of 31,695 ft2, 63,005 ft2, 138,540 ft2 and 219,185 ft2 on a 28.73-acre former playing field and greenfield site.
The buildings will be built to target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating and have eaves heights ranging from 10 – 15m.
Walworth Business Park lies adjacent to the A303 on the eastern side of Andover.
