Chancerygate secures Bristol site for urban logistics scheme
Developer Chancerygate has acquired a five-acre site from Farmfoods in Avonmouth, Bristol, for an undisclosed sum, to speculatively develop 135,150 ft2 urban warehouse scheme.

THE £35 MILLION scheme to be known as Kestrel Park is located on Palmer Avenue in the established Central Park industrial estate. It will comprise six units ranging in size from 16,450 and 33,400 ft2.
The development will have a target rating of BREEAM Excellent with construction expected to commence Q1 2026 with the first occupiers anticipated to move in during Q4 2026.
Chancerygate development director, Tom Faulkner, said: “There is high demand from occupiers across Bristol and the surrounding areas for high quality, Grade-A space in well-connected, established industrial locations.
In the UK, Chancerygate currently has around 2.1m ft2 of urban logistics space under construction or ready for development across 13 sites ranging from Manchester to Croydon.
Russell Property Consultants advised Chancerygate while Knight Frank acted for Farmfoods. Both have been retained as joint agents for the scheme.
