Parking capacity to boost driver welfare
Extra MSA (Motorway Service Areas) has expanded HGV parking capacity in a £1.3 million infrastructure project at Peterborough Services.
THE MOVE is designed to add rest capacity for freight drivers on the A1(M) corridor.
The project has added 72 new HGV bays to the rear of the site and was delivered in partnership with Breheny Civil Engineering.
The initiative complements Extra MSA’s investment in eHGV charging bays at its Baldock site, in collaboration with GRIDSERVE, the Department for Transport and Innovate UK.
