Ecommerce company snaps up Kent warehouse
British ecommerce company Must Have Ideas has taken Ares Management’s recently refurbished warehouse Aylesford 245 as its new headquarters and distribution facility.

THE BUILDING, which totals 245,799 ft2, has 229,488 ft2 of warehouse space with 12m eaves with 17 dock and four level access doors served by an 88m yard. It has a three storey fully fitted office space totalling some 16,200 ft2. The property has a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.
The facility will become Must Have Ideas’ new Kent headquarters, moving from Arc Logistics Park in Snodland. The property was previously let to Wincanton Logistics. It is strategically located in proximity to Junction 4 of the M20 motorway.
