Agricultural conglomerate snaps up Bicester warehouse

Global agricultural food conglomerate Dole, which specialised in growing and distributing fresh fruit and vegetables, has taken a warehouse in Cabot Park Bicester as a new fruit ripening facility.

DOLE HAS taken Unit 5, totalling  42,000 ft2, at the five unit Cabot Park Bicester development at Axis J9 near Bicester in Oxfordshire.

The facility boasts 37,424 ft2 of warehouse space with two dock and two level access doors as well as a 45m yard. It has 4,553 ft2 of  first floor office space

As well s features such as EV charging and PV panels. It has been built to achieve a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating. The quoting rent for the facility was £13.75 per ft2.

Savills advised Dole Food Company while joint agents on the scheme were Colliers, CBRE and White Commercial.
