Freight Forwarder buys Heathrow warehouse
Freight forwarder Davies Turner has bought Panattoni’s 79,824 ft2 Poyle 80 warehouse close to Heathrow Airport for an undisclosed sum.

DAVIES TURNER pursued the acquisition as a strategic long-term investment. It already has operations around Heathrow, but this acquisition will enable it to own a critical asset as a strategic long-term investment, as well as providing the opportunity to optimise its operations in a high specification future-proofed facility.
Panattoni acquired the site at the end of May 2023, secured planning permission in December 2023, and delivered speculative construction through 2024 and 2025. The freehold sale completed in December 2025, meaning the entire process from acquisition to completion took just over 2.5 years.
Poyle 80 has 69,928 ft2 of warehouse space with 12.5m eaves and five dock and two level access doors. It has circa 10,2000 ft2 of CAT A two storey offices and has achieved a BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating.
In its most recent report and accounts for the year ending march 2025, the company reported that the group and its subsidiaries operated from a network of 19 strategically placed locations including mainly group-owned purpose-built warehouses at Dartford, Heathrow, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and Atherstone, which was opened in 2024.
