The two companies have entered into an agreement valid across Europe to work together as integration partners in warehousing automation solutions.

THE DEAL brings together one of the world’s automation integrators with a leading specialist in AMRs to develop innovative and scalable solutions for warehouse applications.

The aim of the partnership is to offer customers across Europe a wider range of efficient and flexible automation solutions.

With Dematic in Europe as a preferred integrator as well as KION Group affiliates, Hai is now a new supplier option for solutions involving AMR systems. The partnership is based on a comprehensive framework agreement that covers training, quality standards, documentation, warranties, spare parts supply, liability, and delivery terms.

In addition, both parties benefit from close technical and operational cooperation. Dematic gains access to training and certification programs. Regular meetings to exchange knowledge, develop joint projects, and conduct practical tests further deepen cooperation and promote the development of innovative solutions for customers throughout the European region. There is also the opportunity to visit Hai Robotics reference sites in Europe to promote practical solutions to customers.

Dematic vice president of sales and solution development in EMEA Pas Tomasiello, explains: “In Hai Robotics, we have gained a strong partner that ideally complements our AMR portfolio and supports us in further advancing automation in warehouses and distribution centres. Together, we can provide a broader range of goods-to-picker order fulfillment systems, offering customers the opportunity to select the best technology for every need.”

“The new integration partnership with Dematic gives us the opportunity to combine our technology with Dematic’s extensive expertise and long history of successful implementations within their customer network. Together, we can create flexible, reliable, and innovative solutions that take automation and efficiency in intralogistics to a new level,” adds Alexander Peschel, solutions consulting director for EMEA at Hai Robotics.

Winning awards

HAI Robotics won Excellence in Automation at The Archies Awards – IMHX 2025, for the HaiPick Climb next-generation goods-to-person systems.

Unveiled in February 2025, HaiPick Climb revolutionises how warehouses approach automation by simplifying traditional ASRS architecture. Built around the HaiClimber robot – a compact, intelligent climbing robot – the system attaches to one side of standard industrial racking, requiring no major infrastructure changes while delivering up to 4 m/s travel speed and 4,000 totes per hour throughput in a 1,000 m² footprint.
