Prologis expands Coventry scheme after securing major pre-let
Developer investor Prologis is expanding its Prologis Park Coventry scheme after securing a pre-let with fencing product company Birkdale Sales.

THE DEVELOPER is looking to expand its scheme by some 150,000 ft2 which comprises DC14, a 64,390 ft2 Build-to-Suit for Birkdale Sales and DC15, a 83,606 ft2 speculative build.
The two buildings will deliver modern, high-quality logistics space combining strong environmental performance and energy efficiency, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ ratings. Sustainability features include roof-mounted solar PV, EV charging infrastructure and advanced energy management systems. Each facility will offer generous 50-metre yard depths, 15-metre clear internal heights and a mix of dock and level access doors to support a range of operational needs.
The pre-leasing of DC14 to Birkdale Sales is a key part of the company’s relocation and expansion strategy, creating space for growth and product development while supporting a smooth move from its Coventry facility.

DC15 combines 77,604 ft2 of warehousing with 6,002 ft2 of office space and the potential for further expansion with internal mezzanines.
